Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with Integer’s growth objectives.
- Influence cross-category initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (VP and C-suite) at major OEM customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity identification, acquisition, and retention.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and compliance requirements.
- Provide feedback on market trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and forecasting for product development and commercial strategies.
- Partner with leadership to shape pricing strategies and risk management for large deals.
- Mentor Account Managers, providing guidance on strategic selling, negotiation, and account development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure adherence to Integer’s values, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics; participate in business reviews with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or related industry, including strategic account leadership and executive-level selling.
- Proven success in complex solution sales and multi-year contract negotiations.
- Completion of formal sales training programs preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in strategic account planning, executive engagement, and value-based selling.
- Financial acumen to assess deal impact and profitability.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Other
- May have leadership responsibilities (direct reports).
- Field-based position with home or Integer facility-based office.
- Travel: Approximately 50%.
Salary
$135,750 - $199,100
