• Work closely with MI Project Management (PM) team to deliver high quality Synapse product solutions. • Act as primary technical resource for MI HL7 Implementation projects across Synapse product lines. • Integrate Synapse MI products with all third-party healthcare information systems, e.g., dictation, EMR, PACS, CVIS, RIS, HIS, VNA. • Extensive documentation development: Customer specific solution design documentation, Best practice documentation. • Deliver consistently high level of customer satisfaction. • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements.
