Role Description

The TR Specialist – Job Architecture & Mobility is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s global job framework and mobility programs. This role ensures consistency in job levelling, evaluates positions for internal equity and market competitiveness, and facilitates global mobility processes to enable talent movement across regions.

  • Implement, maintain and update the global job framework, including job families, levels, and career paths to ensure consistency and career path transparency.
  • Conduct job evaluations using established methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, or internal frameworks).
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate job levelling and alignment with compensation structures.
  • Support audits and governance processes to maintain framework integrity.
  • Design and administer international assignment policies (short/long-term, permanent transfers), including tax equalization, allowances, and expatriate compensation packages.
  • Govern the global mobility policy & programs, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and transfers.
  • Manage relocation assignee compensation packages, ensuring alignment with both home and host country regulations and market standards.
  • Act as advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on mobility risks, costs, and compliance.
  • Review cost projections for international moves.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting on job architecture and mobility metrics.
  • Support benchmarking and market analysis for job levelling and mobility costs.
  • Assist in developing and updating policies related to job architecture and global mobility.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation, job evaluation, or global mobility.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced in HRIS or benefits administration systems.

  • Base salary for this position is $97,000-$138,600.
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
  • Paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Work conditions & other requirements

  • This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment.
  • Must have flexible work schedule to accommodate across global business hours.
