Job Description
Role Description
At Stride, we believe effective learning happens when high-quality curriculum, strong instructional practices, and thoughtful accountability systems work together to support every student. As expectations for schools continue to evolve, we need a collaborative leader who can bridge compliance and instructional practice — helping schools navigate requirements while keeping focus on teaching and learning. The Curriculum Compliance and School Support Supervisor will partner with school leaders and educators to ensure instructional programs are standards-aligned, well-implemented, and supportive of continuous improvement so that every school has the structure and support needed to help students succeed.
The Curriculum Compliance and School Support Supervisor coordinates curriculum and online provider approval processes that ensure curriculum quality, regulatory compliance, and support effective school-level implementation. The position manages online course provider approvals, standards alignment review, and curriculum application procedures while supporting school leaders with required reporting and documentation processes.
