Role Description

The Remote Vacations Specialist assists clients with researching, planning, and coordinating leisure travel arrangements. This role focuses on customer service, accurate booking support, and clear communication with clients and travel suppliers in a remote work environment.

  • Assist clients with vacation planning for cruises, hotels, resorts, and packaged trips
  • Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
  • Coordinate reservations and verify booking details for accuracy
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm availability and arrangements
  • Provide general destination and itinerary guidance to clients
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
  • Follow company procedures and service standards for all bookings

Qualifications

  • Customer-service mindset with professional communication habits
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
