Job Description
Role Description
This newly created role is responsible for creating the strategy and end-to-end execution of Dayforce’s targeted leadership development offerings.
- Direct the strategies, implementations, partnerships, and operations for senior leadership development programs.
- Explore future initiatives for high potential talent to develop and accelerate employee readiness in executive-level roles.
- Leverage research on the evolving role of leaders in technology and AI-forward environments.
- Create and deliver the end-to-end execution plan for translating the strategy into executive-level experiences and programming.
- Analyze and interpret individual data and assess group-level capabilities to identify patterns and unique opportunities.
- Coach leaders internally and/or match executives with coaches, ensuring progress against KPIs.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external coaching engagements.
- Incorporate evidence-based validated leadership assessments into the development portfolio.
- Organize, collect, and analyze talent data, succession plans, and talent feedback.
- Host and lead education and skills workshops with senior executives.
- Curate internal and external experts to offer workshops and roundtable sessions.
- Partner with HR Business partners to learn deeply about the target audience.
- Partner with Talent and Performance team to leverage executive assessment data.
- Partner closely with the L&D team to align leadership training on core skills.
- Partner with the Product team to collaborate on and advise enhancements and functionality of our technology.
- Collaborate across HR and business functions to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or related work experience preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology, or Learning & Development.
- 15+ years of leadership development or talent management experience.
- Executive Coaching Certification; formal certifications in leadership development programs and assessments.
- Demonstrated superior subject matter expertise in executive education and development.
- Experience with evidence-based validated leadership assessments.
- Experience collecting and analyzing talent data, succession plans, and talent feedback.
- Ability and experience leading and hosting education and skills workshops with senior executives.
- Proven ability to assess best practices in the market and apply relevant trends into program design.
- Previous experience with vendor management.
- Experience leading and developing team members across multiple regions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
- Willing to travel and work flexibly as needed.
