Job Description

• Directly manage a team of associates and grow small to mid-size clients • Lead outbound phone calls and virtual meetings with customers • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound email campaigns • Leverage supply partner offerings to increase client participation • Responsible for AAHOA/ Avendra relationship

Job Requirements

  • Minimum four (4) years of hospitality and/or sales management experience
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
  • Experience managing and growing business with clients of various sizes
  • Preferred experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Teams, HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills in data and spend reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Hindi required
  • Proficiency in Gujarati preferred
