Role Description

The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will be responsible for leading the company’s overall business operations, revenue growth, and strategic execution. This executive will work closely with the CEO to align sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations under a unified business strategy.

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy in alignment with the CEO’s vision.
  • Oversee revenue operations, including sales strategy, pricing models, partnerships, and client acquisition systems.
  • Align marketing, sales, and service delivery teams to ensure predictable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify new market opportunities, service expansions, and monetization strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs across all business units to ensure performance accountability.
  • Optimize internal systems, processes, and workflows to improve scalability and profitability.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and high-level negotiations to strengthen market positioning.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Support fundraising, financial planning alignment, and long-term expansion initiatives if applicable.
