The Family Vacation Planner supports families by helping organize enjoyable, well-structured, and stress-free getaway experiences. In this role, you will work closely with parents and caregivers to coordinate planning details, manage reservations, and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Your primary focus will be on organization, communication, and accuracy, ensuring families feel confident and prepared before their experience begins. This position is not sales-focused and does not involve recruiting or team-building. It is a fully remote role with comprehensive training provided, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting families and working independently from home.
- Assist families in selecting destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with their needs and preferences
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and planning timelines to ensure all details are organized
- Provide family-friendly recommendations and planning considerations to support smooth experiences
- Manage documentation, payment processing, and record keeping with attention to accuracy
