Job Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience working in a demanding and innovative legal environment on legal issues including digital advertising, privacy, technology or related commercial work
- Proven ability to build lasting, collaborative relationships across product and business teams
- Quick to pick up new laws and technologies, bringing curiosity and adaptability to every challenge
- Experience in the legal issues impacting retail media networks, advertising, marketing, promotions, digital media, technology and related matters
- Skilled at translating complicated legal issues into plain-language guidance
- Experience providing product/regulatory counsel in the ads space
- Strong business acumen
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- JD and admitted to one state bar
