This role is tasked with leading a high-priority Omnichannel growth initiative by defining product-market fit, building a scalable go-to-market motion, and driving revenue targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key duties include owning the GTM relationship with TikTok Shop and leading a small team to translate market insights into product improvements.

Own the mobile product strategy and roadmap for AfterShip's mobile app. Define and deliver AI/ML-powered features, partner with design, engineering, QA, and data teams, run A/B tests and analytics to drive growth, retention, and feature adoption, and communicate outcomes to leadership while accommodating cross-timezone collaboration.
