This role involves leading the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through implementation and pull-through, while collaborating internally to refine sales methodologies and product positioning. Key duties include building and managing a pipeline targeting health plans, addressing customer issues with technology-driven solutions, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

The role involves providing temporary enhanced, high-touch customer success management (HyperCare) for escalated customers, developing intervention plans, and transitioning them back to standard digital processes. Core duties also include utilizing digital methodologies to guide customers through the lifecycle, monitoring customer health, and building strong relationships across the customer organization.
