The specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding communities across South Asian social platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Groups, while also planning engagement activities to improve user retention and conversion. Additionally, they will support advertising campaigns through channel recommendations and performance monitoring, and assist local brand promotion by collaborating with KOCs/KOLs on culturally relevant campaigns.

The role involves supporting the Brazil Country Manager to boost trading volume and user growth by coordinating cross-functional teams like Product, UI, Marketing, and Branding for local initiative execution. This position also acts as the key liaison between headquarters and local teams while building and maintaining relationships with local partners and tracking market trends.
