Responsibilities
Support the Brazil Country Manager in driving trading volume and user growth
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, UI, Marketing, Branding) to execute local initiatives effectively.
Act as the key liaison between HQ and local teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.
Track Brazil market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements
Based in Brazil long-term (São Paulo preferred), with 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Background in Finance, Web3, Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, or International Chinese companies preferred.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrates ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to career growth in Brazil.
