Field Service Support Specialist II (Temporary, 6 months)

This role coordinates daily operational tasks such as backlog health, job follow-ups, and customer service requests while providing essential support and issue resolution for in-house technicians and third-party dealers. Responsibilities also include managing escalations via phone and chat and assisting the Sales Support team with Field Service tasks.
