This role serves as the primary point of contact for institutional customers, managing end-to-end account support, order processing, and relationship management via various communication channels. Additionally, the Associate is responsible for traveling on-site to deliver professional training to healthcare providers and representing the company at medical conferences.

The primary objective is to train healthcare providers on the capabilities and functionality of CEFALY devices through in-service educational sessions, both on-site and virtually. Additionally, the role involves partnering with distributors to support sales growth and representing the company at industry events.

The Inside Sales & Training Associate supports VA and Medical Center customers through account management, order processing, and training delivery, while engaging in relationship building and customer support. This includes on-site training and participation in medical conferences.
