This role serves as the operational backbone for the AI Innovations team, supporting the CTO and AI Operations Manager by coordinating and executing AI technology initiatives across the enterprise. Key duties include managing complex schedules, overseeing program logistics for technology rollouts, tracking project milestones, and facilitating cross-functional communication.

The Customer Success Manager aligns company goals with client needs, ensuring clients understand and benefit from software solutions by acting as a central hub for information exchange between internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities span account management, product evangelism, customer advocacy, and business analysis to drive feature adoption, client success, retention, and product development direction.
