The Manager of Student Engagement will drive proactive, multi-channel engagement across various platforms to encourage students to apply for Company roles, serving as a trusted resource to clarify offerings and motivate applications. This role also involves building community through small role-based groups and ambassador programs, and closing the loop by collecting testimonials and translating student insights into actionable playbooks.
