The role involves generating net new revenue and growing existing revenue by actively prospecting, presenting, and selling hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile solutions across four key product areas to the ready-mix, aggregate, and asphalt industries. Success requires building and cultivating pipelines that convert leads into customers while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle for smaller accounts, from initial prospecting through closing, onboarding, and driving renewals for SaaS and mobile solutions. This role involves building strong customer relationships and ensuring clients gain maximum value before transitioning larger accounts to an Area Sales Manager.
