The expert will support the development of country-specific coaching curricula and training materials for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. This involves contributing methodological and pedagogical expertise to design coaching pathways and produce blended-learning training tools.

The expert will review and validate Coaching Roadmaps for several Eastern Partnership countries and support the development of implementation plans, focusing on integrating coaching into civil service HR processes and organizational development structures. This includes providing guidance on change management and supporting capacity development measures at both country and regional levels.
