Job Description
- Contribute to the design of tailor-made national coaching curricula for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
- Support the development of learning outcomes, module structures, methodologies, and practice-based learning formats.
- Provide inputs for developing training materials, manuals, exercises, case studies, and blended-learning components.
- Contribute to training needs assessments related to coaching in public administration.
- Provide methodological and pedagogical guidance for trainers, coaches, and national institutions involved in coaching delivery.
- Support the development of supervision and quality assurance arrangements for coaching programmes.
- Contribute to peer consultations, learning formats, and exchange activities at country and regional levels.
- Provide written inputs to project deliverables including curriculum drafts, training materials, capacity development plans, and Final Report contributions.
- Inputs for the Inception Report related to coaching needs, methodologies, and curriculum considerations.
- Draft and final tailor-made coaching curricula for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
- Draft and final training materials, including manuals, exercises, case studies, and blended-learning components.
- Inputs to country implementation support packages, specifically on curriculum structure, methodology, and learning formats.
- Contributions to capacity development plans related to coaching and training delivery.
- Inputs and facilitation contributions to regional exchange formats.
- Inputs to the Final Report, including summaries of curriculum development and training outcomes.
- A university degree (Master’s level).
- At least 7 years of professional experience in coaching or leadership development, including curriculum development, supervision, and mentoring of coaches.
- A recognized coaching accreditation (e.g., ICF, EMCC, EASC, or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience in development cooperation (DC) projects.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region.
- Language proficiency in English, C1 level.
