The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical relationship owner, ensuring customers realize the full security value contracted from eSentire through technical delivery and outcome assurance. This involves leading all technical cadences, translating complex security findings into clear guidance, and owning technical escalations end-to-end.

The Account Manager will own the full commercial and strategic relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on relationship management, retention strategy, and driving expansion revenue through upsells and cross-sells. This role requires operating at the executive level to advise on security strategy and orchestrating cross-functional execution to deliver executive-grade business reviews.
