This role also involves directing calls, distributing information, scheduling, admitting, and pre-authorizing insurance for patients.

This role involves handling inbound calls to explain healthcare billing and insurance processing to patients, counseling them on financial solutions like payment plans or assistance programs, and managing both hospital and physician accounts.
