The Commercial Immigration Paralegal will independently manage the company’s full lifecycle immigration program, handling nonimmigrant and immigrant cases such as H-1B, L-1, PERM, and green card filings while ensuring compliance. This role involves managing employee data, tracking deadlines, coordinating with external counsel, and integrating immigration requirements into HR workflows.

The intern will assist with various legal, trade, and administrative tasks, including legal research, document organization, and trade compliance support. They will work closely with attorneys and compliance professionals to gain exposure to in-house legal practice.
