The Account Executive will be responsible for proactively prospecting and acquiring multi-unit or growth concepts within their assigned territory, introducing hospitality operators to Company products. This involves demonstrating the technology, discussing its value, negotiating deal terms, and closing business to drive company growth.

The Customer Success Associate will serve as the primary contact for Company partners, establishing and growing customer relationships while advocating for the product to drive adoption and retention. Responsibilities also include coordinating product rollouts, providing technical troubleshooting, and functioning as a product expert for clients.

The representative will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, focusing on building lasting relationships with restaurant decision-makers by educating them on the value of opsi technology. Key duties include consistently meeting sales targets, building a robust pipeline, and acting as a trusted advisor to restaurant operators.

The representative will deliver fast, accurate technical and operational support to users, becoming a product expert to troubleshoot real-time issues via phone and chat. They must clearly communicate resolutions, follow up on open issues, and share customer feedback to improve product usability.

The Account Manager will own ongoing customer success post-onboarding, focusing on retention, growth, and ensuring long-term value realization through regular check-ins and strategic partnership. Key duties include managing a book of business, identifying upsell opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact for restaurant and venue partners.

The Integrations Engineer will drive revenue and partner success by architecting and guiding integrations using Company’s open APIs from discovery through launch and optimization. This role involves serving as a technical point of contact, translating business requirements into API patterns, and building essential partner resources like Postman collections and sample applications.

The developer will focus on maintaining platform stability, leading new partner integration projects, and building features like cost of goods control systems and automated reporting tools for restaurant operations.

The Deployment Tech will serve as a primary technical resource, resolving connectivity, hardware configuration, and performance issues for onboarding and live customers via remote support channels. They will also lead technical onboarding, formulate deployment solutions based on customer environments, and configure necessary Company hardware and peripherals.
