Inception Point AI

The Vice President of Product will define the long-term product vision, prioritize investment areas, and lead ambient product discovery by synthesizing signals from creative and technical teams. This role involves efficiently managing the product backlog to keep pace with high-velocity engineering cycles and acting as the primary liaison between creative and engineering departments.

The producer will develop holistic character Bibles for AI personalities and master AI prompt engineering, including negative prompting, to refine visual and script outputs. They will drive high-volume video production across various platforms, translating scripts into compelling visual stories using AI tools.

The VP of Engineering will own the highest-level technical decisions, partnering with Product and the Chief AI Officer to define the long-term technical architecture and execute the product roadmap. This role requires maintaining a hybrid role of hands-on coding contribution while leading the transition from experimental automations to a robust, scalable production system.
