The Director will provide strategic leadership to grow ministries that embody ethnic reconciliation and justice by planting diverse campus chapters and engaging students in formation experiences. Major responsibilities include modeling spiritual maturity, developing strategies for multiethnic chapter growth, and managing department staff and finances.

This role focuses on learning and preparing for full Campus Staff Minister responsibilities through intensive training and exercising ministerial functions over one or two years. Key duties include spiritual development, ministry leadership such as teaching Scripture and guiding campus witness, and providing pastoral care and support as assigned.
