The Mission Delivery Engineer will own the technical journey for federal customers, translating high-value use cases into credible Proofs-of-Value and converting successful PoVs into production-ready deployments. This involves leading technical discovery, rapid prototyping, hardening code, implementing integrations, and ensuring security and compliance readiness for mission environments.

The Field CTO will serve as the senior-most customer-facing technical executive for DoD and Intelligence Community customers, owning the technical narrative and mission alignment for the company's AI platform. Key duties include providing executive technical advisory, leading go-to-market technical strategy, and translating real mission constraints back to product and engineering teams.

The Channel Manager will drive revenue growth by owning end-to-end partner relationships, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance reporting across Resellers, Service Providers, and Strategic Alliances. Key duties involve developing strategic channel plans, managing partner agreements, championing deal registration, and approving Market Development Fund proposals.

The role involves architecting and developing high-performance, reliable systems for GenAI model serving, data orchestration, and distributed computing, while also building and scaling infrastructure for embeddings, retrieval systems, and evaluation workflows. Key tasks include designing secure APIs, enhancing deployment pipelines, and contributing to platform-level decisions regarding cluster management and service reliability.
