Role Description
Kamiwaza is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion across our partner ecosystem. As the primary liaison between Kamiwaza and our Resellers, Service Providers, and Strategic Alliances, you'll own partner relationships end-to-end — from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, deal management, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants to help shape how enterprises adopt next-generation GenAI technology.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners to drive engagement, revenue, and joint sales targets; serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner activities
- Develop and execute strategic channel plans to accelerate pipeline generation; identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Kamiwaza's GTM goals — especially those with active AI practices
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements and incentive programs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Enable partner sales and technical teams with the knowledge and tools needed to sell Kamiwaza's AI Orchestration solutions; provide ongoing sales and marketing support tied to opportunity stage
- Champion the Deal Registration process, ensuring partner compliance, transparency, and timely approvals
- Review and approve Market Development Fund (MDF) proposals in collaboration with Marketing and Sales for Reseller and Solution Partner tiers
- Proactively identify and resolve channel conflicts to maintain a fair, high-trust partner environment
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics; implement corrective actions and process improvements to maximize channel sales
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive AI landscape to keep the channel strategy sharp
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or sales leadership within B2B technology, SaaS, or AI/IT solutions
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability to manage performance data and sales trends
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and partner management tools
- Familiarity with distribution models, partner incentive structures, and channel conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Requirements
- Experience with Federal channel partners
- Background managing channels with a focus on alliance partners and distribution (e.g., HPE, TD SYNNEX, Cisco)
Benefits
- Be a key contributor to the GenAI revolution, shaping how enterprises adopt next-generation technology.
- Remote-First Culture: Based in Colorado, but work from anywhere with the tools and support you need.
- Expert Founders with Successful Exits: Our leadership team brings experience and a relentless enthusiasm for GenAI innovation.
- High-Autonomy Environment: Flat organizational structure, transparent communication, and minimal red tape.
- Competitive Compensation & Equity: Own a piece of our high-potential, well-funded startup.
- Comprehensive Benefits: We offer low-deductible medical plans, dental and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, paid time off, and remote work support.
How to Apply
Ready to build the foundation of the GenAI revolution? Please Include GitHub (or equivalent) code samples, a system design you’re proud of, and any evaluation or benchmark work that demonstrates your technical rigor.
P.S. If you use GenAI to craft your application, we’ll probably find out — and we’d love to learn more about how you did it!
