The recruiter will develop and maintain college outreach in target East Coast states by nurturing relationships with career services, professors, and advisors, while consistently meeting assigned recruitment goals and KPIs. Essential duties include delivering group presentations, attending professional school fairs, and representing the college at off-site events through frequent travel.
