The Engagement Coordinator will reach out to insured members via outbound calls using a Progressive dialer to schedule annual wellness/benefit exams, building relationships and providing necessary guidance. This role also involves assisting members with appointment logistics, educating them for in-home exams, and accurately documenting all interactions across various communication platforms.
