This role supports all analytical needs for a single therapeutic area, focusing on integrating insights to build a 360-degree customer perspective and proactively discovering actionable multi-source insights to optimize commercial strategies. The Director will lead business review processes, translate business questions for the ACE team, and represent the ACE team in strategic brand planning.

This role serves as a key member of the Analytics and Customer Experience team, supporting all analytical needs for a single therapeutic area across commercial functions to build a 360-degree customer perspective. Responsibilities include proactively discovering and championing actionable multi-source insights to optimize commercial strategies and leading key business review processes in partnership with the Brand team.
