The Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist is responsible for decision-making and coding reviews to facilitate, obtain, validate, and reconcile appropriate provider documentation reflecting the severity of illness. This role involves prospective medical record review, concurrent outpatient claim diagnosis coding, and retrospective reviews for risk adjustment coding and quality assurance validation.

The Associate Director serves as the strategic and operational leader for the Real Estate lane, overseeing the full portfolio lifecycle, guiding leasing strategy, and managing external partner performance. This role functions as the subject-matter expert for lease interpretation, negotiations, and adherence to corporate real estate standards.

The Regional Coordinator supports regional and market leaders by ensuring the efficiency and consistency of operational processes through data analysis to identify trends and drive proactive improvements. Key duties include supporting day-to-day business functions, ensuring communication flow, reviewing operational reports, performing process validation, and serving as a conduit during medical practice acquisitions.

This role involves providing Risk Adjustment education to providers and staff through various mediums, including interactive sessions, written guides, and audits. It also requires analytical interpretation of Risk Adjustment data to identify areas for focus and improvement opportunities.
