The GIS Support Technician provides frontline technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Milsoft customers in a 24/7 environment using phone, email, and remote connections. This role involves resolving technical inquiries, advising customers on system configurations, and translating concerns into detailed tickets for the Development team.
