Mindful Care

Psychotherapists will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual, micro, and group therapy services via telehealth and in-person sessions. They must also maintain accurate session notes, coordinate care, and participate in weekly supervision.

The Community Liaison is responsible for expanding access to mental health care by building and maintaining trusted relationships with referral partners, providers, schools, and community organizations across New York and New Jersey. Key duties include identifying and engaging healthcare professionals to drive referral growth, delivering presentations, and conducting market research to refine strategy.
