The primary duty involves owning the growth analytics function, integrating various data sources into a unified view to guide target prioritization and performance measurement.

This manager will oversee all setup functions and billing operations within Revenue Cycle Management, leading a team to ensure clean claims, accurate system maintenance, and successful site implementations. Key duties include managing coding audits, enforcing billing practices to minimize denials, and leading the implementation of new billing tools.

This role is responsible for owning the entire patient referral and authorization process, proactively identifying and resolving delays to ensure efficient and accurate patient onboarding. The Navigator acts as a bridge between clinical intake, operations, and sales functions, driving accountability and speed throughout the patient journey.
