This role independently performs complex financial tasks, including variance analysis and rolling projections, supporting the originations channel success in partnership with the Director of Originations Finance. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning while preparing and delivering comprehensive financial reports and ad hoc analyses.

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the credit risk management framework, ensuring residential lending activities comply with regulations and internal policies. Key duties include owning and maintaining credit policies, leading loan portfolio analytics, and monitoring performance to support strategic decision-making.

The Loan Processor ensures the timely and accurate packaging of all originated loans and assists Credit Analysts by gathering necessary financial and credit information for credit approval and monitoring. Key duties involve managing files from pre-approval to closing, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance, and communicating professionally with all stakeholders.

This Director oversees and directs the Special Servicing unit, managing defaulted commercial real estate and business purpose SFR loans toward resolution through reinstatement or liquidation. Key duties involve leading policy revisions, ensuring team performance and compliance, and assisting with strategic planning, budget preparation, client engagement, and vendor management.
