We provide comprehensive services including: Community Support Team (CST) Intensive In-Home (IIH) Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient (SAIOP) Medication Management Outpatient Therapy Laboratory Testing Community and In-Home Mental Health Services for adults and children Our mission is to promote recovery, wellness, and independence through compassionate, person-centered care that strengthens individuals, families, and communities. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and bend regularly Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds Regular travel within the community Must be able to complete NCI-B and CPR training
