Role Description
As the Community Supports Team Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and operational coordination to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals and families.

Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team of Qualified and Associate Professionals
- Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and support to ensure effective service delivery
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and supervision

Clinical & Program Oversight
- Provide direct therapeutic services when needed, including clinical assessments
- Ensure Person-Centered Plans of Care meet clinical and regulatory standards
- Monitor service documentation and authorizations for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate team schedules to maximize service access and efficiency

Community Engagement & Growth
- Build partnerships with local behavioral health providers and community resources
- Help expand and strengthen Community Supports services
- Collaborate with the Local Clinical Director to improve service quality and outcomes
- This role also offers the opportunity to help build additional teams and expand services while maintaining autonomy with your current team.
Qualifications
- Required Licensure (North Carolina):
- LCSW or LCSW-A
- LMFT or LMFT - A
- LCMHC or LCMHC-A
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience serving adult populations
- Experience supporting or guiding clinical teams preferred
- Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision
