This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, and sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles within Home Health and Hospice agencies. Key duties include utilizing diverse recruiting channels, extending offers, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
