Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting experience to support hiring needs across our Home Health and Hospice agencies. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending high-quality candidates, utilizing both traditional and creative recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles, including high-volume Home Health and Hospice positions.
  • Provide hiring recommendations and extend employment offers to selected candidates.
  • Utilize multiple recruiting channels such as career fairs, online platforms, social media, community events, and referral networks to attract top talent.
  • Develop and manage internal and external recruitment advertising to maximize job visibility.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet staffing goals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies for application and resume management.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on recruitment best practices within the Home Health and Hospice space.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience—preferably in healthcare, home health, or hospice.
  • Ability to work standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, independence, communication, assertiveness, and flexibility.
