This role serves as the primary technical support for all FPI services, including telematics, data services, and fleet management, requiring multi-tier support and triage of customer issues related to software, hardware, and systems. The specialist must drive issues to resolution within SLAs, communicate efforts to stakeholders, and capture support issue trends for management reporting.
