This role involves aggressively prospecting, expanding, and managing broker relationships focused on Home Equity Investment (HEI) originations on the Point platform. The executive will lead outreach, qualification, and onboarding to establish new partnerships, acting as a hunter to build channel volume and supporting existing brokers.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing dbt models across numerous data marts and building/maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow for data ingestion from over 40 sources. Key duties also involve managing Snowflake infrastructure, driving cost optimization, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.

Lead the post-submission product roadmap to increase funded conversion by reducing friction, cancellations, and rejections. Use cohort analysis, experiments, and dashboards to prioritize and ship data-informed interventions, partner with Marketing on in-funnel messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve speed-to-fund and homeowner experience.
