The primary responsibility is implementing a custom WordPress website front-end based on Figma designs using the WordPress templating system, focusing heavily on HTML builds for all new pages across .com and .ca experiences. This includes building custom plugins and ensuring responsive, pixel-perfect delivery via Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The Quality Lead will oversee and actively participate in daily embedded testing within the Agile team, balancing hands-on technical work with mentoring and delegation. Responsibilities include leading test strategy development and execution across all lifecycle phases, and coaching team members on quality best practices.
