This leader is responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of manufacturing plants, ensuring each site operates safely, reliably, and profitably across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics. The role involves leading through Plant Managers by setting clear expectations, reinforcing operating discipline, and translating company strategy into practical execution at the plant level.

The coordinator will serve as the enterprise administrator for the Quality Management System (QMS), managing document control, tracking quality trends, and maintaining corporate standards for change management and validation. This role involves leading cross-site quality process improvements and training plant teams on QMS processes and system usage.
