What You Will Do:
You will work closely with Corporate Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Plant Quality teams to drive continuous improvement and enterprise quality system effectiveness by:
Responsibilities:
- Serving as enterprise administrator for the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Managing document control
- Tracking and analyzing all data, quality trends, and recommending improvements
- Maintaining corporate standards for change management and validation
- Developing quality dashboards and performance KPIs
- Supporting internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Leading cross-site quality process improvements
- Training plant teams on QMS processes and system usage
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in quality systems or manufacturing quality
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, document control, and change management.
- Experience in plastics, packaging, or regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
- Experience with enterprise software systems
- Root cause analysis experience
- Food safety experience
