The role is primarily focused on Business Development (75%), involving evaluating growth opportunities like partnerships and acquisitions, leading due diligence, and developing financial models for potential deals. The remaining 25% involves Strategic Finance, such as managing project plans for strategic initiatives and conducting market and competitor analyses.

The Provider Recruitment Associate will support the growth of Company by assisting the recruitment team with the logistics of placing physician and advanced practitioner candidates, which includes profiling requisitions, sourcing, pre-screening, and scheduling qualified candidates. This role also involves managing sourcing activities, outbound communication campaigns, and providing support for candidate interview processes, including travel and site visit coordination.

The analyst will ensure high quality in customer support interactions and internal processes, focusing heavily on improving customer and patient satisfaction through monitoring and feedback. Responsibilities include understanding support roles, developing QA programs, conducting case analysis, updating procedures, and maintaining documentation adherence to regulations.

The specialist will conduct audits comparing medical record documentation to reported codes, researching and interpreting federal and state laws pertaining to CMS and Medicare. The Product Owner is responsible for owning projects related to the central data repository, cloud infrastructure, and operating processes, defining business needs for the data engineering team to ensure the data platform is scalable and accurate. This role involves gathering technical requirements, validating delivered data products using SQL, managing the product backlog, and supporting agile ceremonies.

The Procurement Associate will manage the entry of new vendor contracts into the management system, ensuring proper completion, tagging, and tracking, and will draft and facilitate execution of necessary agreements like BAAs and NDAs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Operations Team and vendors to support cost savings related to discounted pricing for supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.

The Product Owner is responsible for owning projects related to the central data repository, cloud infrastructure, and operating processes, defining business needs for the data engineering team to ensure the data platform is scalable and accurate. This role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert for owned data products and translating stakeholder requests into actionable user stories while managing the full product lifecycle.
