We are looking for a candidate who is technically / functionally curious, highly organized, and possesses the SQL skills necessary to validate complex data logic independently.

Product Validation: Verify that delivered data products meet business needs through rigorous testing and SQL-based validation.
Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog; translate stakeholder requests into actionable user stories for the engineering team.
Agile Facilitation: Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, and sprint reviews.
Project Tracking: Track all projects on detailed timelines to meet deadlines, managing the product lifecycle from scope definition to QA and launch.
Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
SLA & Maintenance: Ensure enhancements are delivered with high quality and on time; maintain existing projects to ensure they meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Production Support: Support the Product Operations team regarding escalated production support concerns and clear communication around product releases.
Documentation: Support and create technical user documentation, data dictionaries, and training materials for end-users.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a product evangelist for the data warehouse, helping internal teams understand how to leverage available data assets.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Skills: Not a developer, but must be able to investigate technical issues and perform data profiling independently; strong competency in SQL and database concepts are a must.
2+ years of experience in requirements analysis, working directly with stakeholders and developers (or 2+ years combined experience in data engineering, analytics, or technical writing).
Healthcare Data Fluency: Able to describe typical sources of healthcare data (ex: Claims) and understand the nuances of healthcare datasets.
Agile Proficiency: Experience working with "Agile" methodologies, tools, and practices.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to use technical support data, reports, and ad hoc investigations to identify, triage, and document the impact and resolution of a problem.
Compliance: Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations regarding the handling of sensitive healthcare data.
Independence: Willing and able to solve problems and drive projects with minimal oversight.
