This director will lead the evolution of the platform's UX and UI into a modern, cohesive design system, overseeing and growing a team of designers who partner with Product Management and Engineering. Key duties include modernizing the experience, defining and scaling the design system, and championing user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.

The Director will be responsible for designing and executing a modern, format-rich content strategy for new products, establishing a consistent content cadence, and leading the development of a full-funnel content system spanning research, customer stories, and thought leadership. This role involves creating a hub-and-spoke model to turn flagship ideas into an ecosystem of multi-format, multi-channel narratives.

The Senior Designer will be responsible for shaping the next chapter of the Company brand visually and conceptually, overseeing brand consistency, and translating company strategy into compelling design direction. This role also involves conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, pipeline, and conversion.

Responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive content strategy for B2B products, focusing on authority, discoverability, and customer engagement across various formats and channels.
