The analyst will analyze and interpret large, complex datasets, defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while building and maintaining Looker dashboards and underlying LookML data models. They will also conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, and segmentation, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

The role involves communicating with customers via multiple channels like phone, email, SMS, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers about the product and troubleshoot technical problems. Responsibilities also include working with the engineering team to resolve app bugs and performing necessary data entry.
